As a personal wellness coach, I work with women who seek to overcome their struggles from within their daily lives.
I support women by helping them to identify their negative patterns, then show them how to work through those conflicts so they can overcome these obstacles.
Only then can they finally achieve their goals and find happiness from inside themselves.

Introductory Wellness Course
This 8-day course will give you a simple introduction to the 8 Dimensions of Wellness including what each one is, why it's important, and ways you can work to improve them.
Hi, I'm Cheryl!
After years of raising and homeschooling my kids while holding down a job outside my home, I was left feeling stretched thin and half dead. I'd look in the mirror and see only a shell of the person I once was. I felt lost, unhappy, and invisible.
I had spent years focusing all my energy on my kids without giving a thought to my own needs or desires. It wasn't until I hit the point where I had nothing left to give and couldn't care less that I realized something needed to change.
That's when I discovered the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and learned there's definitely more to life than drudging through deep water and occasionally coming up for air. That apparently being a parent, doesn't have to mean being full of resentment and despair.
Through my research, I discovered I had allowed guilt and self-doubt control my every thought and decision, therefore letting it be my motivation behind everything I did. Something needed to change. That change began within me and blossomed into a new life I could be proud to call mine.
Now I get the pleasure of sharing personal cultivation systems for specific areas of life where women struggle the most, so you too can reduce your stress, squash self-doubt, rediscover yourself, and fill your proverbial cup so you too can cultivate a life you'll love and learn to find happiness from within yourself.
Learn how to stand up for yourself by having clear expectations and expressing your needs.
Explore ways to improve your emotional wellness and reduce stress in your everyday life.
Realize that being filled with self-doubt and criticism can be your worst enemy. Mindset is everything!
